3D Printing Services
From small parts to large-scale pieces.
Printed in Yorkshire.
From small components to large sculptural pieces, we offer 3D printing using ARIA, our robotic pellet printing system, and a farm of 17 Bambu Lab H2S printers.
Need a prototype, a batch of parts or something at a larger scale? Tell us what you’re making and we’ll help work out the right approach.
Two Ways to Print
Large-scale printing with ARIA
ARIA builds directly from polymer pellets, with a build area of up to 2 × 2 × 3 metres. She gives us room to print large forms with visible layers, without moulds or tooling.
Suitable for:
Furniture and interior pieces, display features, large prototypes, moulds and sculptural forms.
Smaller parts and batch printing
Our farm of 17 Bambu Lab H2S printers handles smaller components, prototypes and repeat parts. Multiple machines let us run batches alongside development work.
Suitable for:
Prototype parts, housings, brackets, lighting components and small production batches.
Not sure which process you need?
Send us the design, its size and what it needs to do. We’ll advise on the printing approach.
From File to Finished Print
1. You Send Us Your Project
Share your file, quantity and a few details about how the print will be used.
2. We Check the Approach
We’ll review the geometry, scale and material requirements, and flag anything that needs attention before printing.
3. We Issue a Quote
You’ll receive a quote and an expected lead time based on the agreed requirements.
4. We Print It
If your happy with our quote, we’ll move into production and get your project printed.
Made in Layers
Printed parts have visible layer lines. Their appearance and performance depend on the material, geometry and printing direction.
Let us know if a part needs to fit another component, carry a load or achieve a particular finish. Those details help us assess the job properly.
How Can We Help?
Send us your design and a few details about the job. We’ll come back with any questions and the next steps.
Complete the form below or if you’d prefer to email us? Send your project details to hello@thelumistudio.co.uk.
